New terminology? “Donations in Support of Kingdom Interests Worldwide”

petra/atlantis recently posted and supplied a document on donations.

what stood out to me, besides the usual nonsense, was the phrase, “donations in support of kingdom interests worldwide.”.

this appears to be a change in terminology from donations in support of the “worldwide work of jehovah’s witnesses.”.

"beneficiaries of a government program known as deferred action for childhood arrivals (daca) may apply to serve as temporary bethel family members or temporary volunteers.

when answering questions regarding citizenship on the application, these individuals should identify themselves as daca beneficiaries.".

Faithful Slave chosen in 1874

as further proof that the 'slave's' appointment taking place in 1918/1919 is a bunch of non-sense and internally inconsistent with the society's own claims, they (that is, what became the slave) did not even know they were appointed in 1919. in the early 1920's, they thought russell was the slave and that he had been appointed by christ (as added proof of his heavenly presence) in the 1870s.. from the harp of god, chapter 9, (1921 edition):.

"...we mark a wonderful fulfillment of this statement of the lord as further corroborative proof of the lord's second presence from 1874 forward.

he had said, in answer to the question relative to his second presence: "who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

but i cannot recall a wt that has so many references to the gb and its authority throughout the articles as this one.

the grip of authority and control is tightening.

Jesus is NOT the mediator for all?

the current interpretation of the watchtower society is that christs role as mediator applies only to a small group of individuals - the 144,000. the assumption is that since the new covenant applies to their roles and kings and priests, jesus mediates between them and jehovah god, while those with an earthly hope are often described as beneficiaries of this arrangement.

there is some shifty reasoning used by the society to justify their view that christ actually mediates for fewer people than moses:.

New Jeremiah Book Question

if anyone has this book, could you please quote or scan whatever section covers jeremiah 25 and the 70 years issue in that chapter?.

some in my family thought that a new jeremiah release would answer my 'questions' about the 70 years interpretation.

now, i am sure they will be happy to hear about this book, thinking that 'jehovah has provided the food at the proper time.
